Pat Laureano
Pat co-founded Clearspace, a commercial design-build firm that grew to $50M in revenue through the pandemic, where he led the internal digital team rolling out the company's technology, systems, automation, and AI. Before that, he spent four years at Deloitte watching enterprises adopt technology while the mid-market got left behind, and co-founded a hardware startup as CTO. He has lived the condition Linea exists for: workflows held together by institutional knowledge and one or two key people. He translates that operational pain into the short list of automations that actually move a business.
Rehman Merali, PhD
Rehman has spent twenty years shipping autonomous systems that run without supervision — the robotic kiosks he hand-built in 2014 are still serving customers today. A robotics PhD and Y Combinator alum, he builds Linea's reliability layer: deterministic harnesses with validation, exception alerting, audit logging, and human review gates on anything mission-critical, designing robust systems for businesses that are architected for a future world leveraging AI.
